Claris is pleased to announce that through our collaboration with the BAM Alliance, we now have the ability to offer online vaults to securely exchange documents with our clients. This is a milestone as it marks the first time we are able to deliver a web-based application for our clients.
As technology is constantly evolving, security has become a real concern. Simply sending encrypted emails with attachments is no longer the best option to ensure that sensitive client information isn’t compromised. We think the vault creates an easy solution. There will be a direct link to the vault from the Claris website, which eliminates the need for email encryption services. It establishes a centralized space for you to access documents anywhere with an internet connection – in a secure environment. The vault will create a user-friendly experience with an array of customized features, such as receiving alerts when new documents are saved to your vault, and the ability to receive personalized messages from Claris.
I know many of you will have questions, and we will follow up with answers to those common questions. Be on the lookout for an invitation to sign up for the vault. We encourage all of our clients to take advantage of this new platform.
